PLAYER AGREEMENT
You, and every other user/participant of Blitzed Drinking Game must carefully read the following terms and conditions (player agreement) before playing. You should not engage in Blitzed Drinking Game activities unless you agree to abide by the following.
SECTION 1 - CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL
If you are consuming alcohol while playing Blitzed Drinking Game, you:
a. Are of a legal drinking age within the country of participation.
b. Acknowledge and understand the dangers and risks associated with the consumption of alcohol. This including but not limited to, driving under the influence of alcohol.
c. Acknowledge that you will monitor the amount of alcohol consumer and to only consume alcohol in a responsible manner.
SECTION 2 - INDEMNIFICATION
Expect where prohibited by law, by using Blitzed Drinking Game you indemnify and hold Blitzed Drinking Game from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use or your violation of these terms and conditions.
SECTION 3 – RELEASE
You hereby fully and completely RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and agree NOT TO SUE Blitzed Drinking Game, the manufacturer of this product and any other companies of the company from any claims, losses, expenses, demands, or damages arising out of or as a direct or indirect consequence of playing Blitzed Drinking Game.
SECTION 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All context published and made available on our site is the property of Blitzed Drinking Game. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, and anything else that contributes to the composition of our site.
SECTION 5 - ADJUSTMENTS TO PRICES
The prices for our products are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time, except prices for an order that has been placed and accepted by Blitzed Drinking Game are not subject to change after acceptance.
Blitzed Drinking Game are not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All goods purchased via the website will be shipped through Australia Post. Goods will be shipped a soon as possible and will arrive within the corresponding time, e.g. dependence on selection of standard or express shipping.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and do not include weekends or public holidays.
You are required to provide Blitzed with complete and accurate shipping address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the incorrect
SECTION 7 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
SECTION 8 - PRIVACY POLICY
Your submission of personal information via our website is managed by our Privacy Policy.
BY CONTINUING TO USE THIS PRODUCT, YOU UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND CONDITONS AND ARE AWARE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING IMPORTANT LEGAL RIGHTS AND INTEND THIS TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY ACCRUING TO THE SELLER OF THE BLITZED DRINKING GAME PRODUCT TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
